Viral times, Vital times

We invite comments, reflections and/or questions from members of our BodhiMind Center community. At a time when some of us are sick, many of us are worried and most of us are more isolated, we can keep connected here by writing. Please share your thoughts, yet let’s keep them away from politics and criticism. Focusing on the relevance of Buddhist thought and practice is always helpful. (Note: When you click “Comments,” windows open for you to leave an email address or name with your comment. You are not required to enter anything; if you don’t, “Anonymous” will appear. However, since our aim is to create online community, entering your first name, maybe with an initial, helps others know their conversation partners.)

  1. Thank you for setting this up!

  2. I think this is a great idea!

  3. I am finding it easier these days to allocate more time to sitting in meditation. That’s a treat. And it helps stabilize my energies amidst the various stressors… 🙂

  4. In the past I cursed the unwanted and pitied myself when pain was near…now I see the 2 sides of 1 coin, there is not one without the other. Without trying to change situations… but rather myself in any process, I am thankful for my power in presence. Slowing down to watch… to listen…to just be. And then it comes … one of the best sensations- I am free!
